The Darf team went to Santiago, Chile to
install a system that will finish wine bottles.
Darf put a system together and shipped it by
sea to Chile. It includes a chain-on-edge
conveyor that feeds the bottles into a
water-wash booth. The bottles are sprayed
using automatic HVLP guns. The bottles
then go into a cure oven before being boxed
and sent to the vineyard to be filled.

This customer moved two existing
spray booths and their air make-up
unit. Darf installed new exhaust
stacks, installed the booths from the
previous location and helped move the
AMU and installed it at the new
location. We assisted in setting up the
new finishing room, installed the filter
plenums and helped the customer get
back to work.
